A play on the classic Sazerac cocktail, combining big flavours; this tiny cocktail is packed full of punch!

Think apples apples apples, our Platinum is transformed when mixed with calvados, smooth silky textures and incredible mouth feel!

40ml Avallen
15ml Strawbar
5ml 1.1 Honey water
1 drop Tarragon infused olive oil

Stir together the Calvados, Strawbar and Honey water over ice to mix, chill and dilute, strain into a chilled glass and drop the Tarragon oil on the surface.
