In collaboration with Bar Academy, the Strawbar Showdown Competition – Taste Without Waste invites participants to showcase their creativity, aiming for the ultimate utilization of ingredients and promoting the zero waste philosophy. The finalists will compete to create the best recipe, which will be featured as the official Strawbar brand proposal in both Greece and abroad. The winner will have the opportunity to present a unique seminar at the Athens Bar Show 2024.
