Strawbar Gold is a one-of-a-kind aged strawberry distillate. The process begins with the harvesting of wild strawberries, followed by alcoholic fermentation, and then a double distillation in copper stills. Afterward, the distillate ages for one year in American oak barrels and one year in acacia barrels, giving us the world’s first aged strawberry distillate!
Appearance
Bright golden yellow color with great concentration.
Aroma
A complex aromatic profile with a balance of the fruity character of ripe red and tropical fruits, the typical and pleasant aromas of strawberry, as well as the subtle influence of acacia, leaving notes of vanilla, toasted wood, and sweet spices.
Taste
On the palate, it is rich, full, with good balance and well-structured. The pleasantly generous sweetness of the alcohol harmonizes with the soft tannins of the wood, allowing the intensely fruity character to stand out. The mouthfeel highlights the refined, typical note of strawberry and its spicy nuances. The finish is long, with aromatic persistence and a pleasant ending, in harmony between the fruit and the wood.
