Το Strawbar Platinum 45.0% abv is our luxury, triple distilled eau de vie made exclusively from hand-harvested, organically-grown strawberries in Florina, Greece. Each berry is hand-picked, hand-washed and gently pressed for the cleanest, raciest style of pure fruit eau de vie.

Expect pungent jam and cracked black pepper aromas with a racy, tangy mid-palate and a finish full of citrus, red berries and spices. Platinum is a gorgeous eau de vie that can be sipped over ice or enjoyed in one of our top flight cocktails.
